At VARYNZO, selected products may be sourced after your order is placed.
Estimated delivery time within Bulgaria is generally 3–7 business days, depending on product availability and courier processing times.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the available tracking information.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be extended due to supplier availability, weekends, public holidays or courier delays.
If an ordered item becomes unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer an alternative or a refund where applicable.
RETURNS
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Returned items must be:

Free from damage, stains, odors or signs of use

Unless the product is defective, damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method, subject to applicable payment processing times and legal requirements.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, contact us as soon as possible and include photos of the item and your order details.
We will review the case and arrange an appropriate solution.
